Legal Typing£25.00 per hour*
Financial Typing£22.00 per hour*
PA / Administration£20.00 per hour*
Word Processing£16.00 per hour*
Other Office ServicesCosts to be agreed

Monthly retainer packages are available for secretarial and administration services from £150.00

*Disbursement costs for postage, stationery, telephone calls etc., will be charged at cost. Mileage is chargeable at £0.40 per mile for collection / delivery of work.

  • Hi-Tech Secretarial Services proof read all work. However, it is the responsibility of the Company / Firm to carry out final proof reading, and any minor errors will be corrected free of charge and returned within 24 hours.
  • Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of issue date.
  • Invoices for Companies / Firms who use our Retainer Services will be submitted in advance for immediate payment.
  • For ad-hoc projects payment is required prior to despatch or collection of completed work.
